Description

DURATINT™ Tint Pack is a premium, highly concentrated water-based tint specifically designed for use with the DURABASE™ Resurfacing Compound. It provides strong, consistent colour and excellent durability suited to Australian environmental conditions. Developed with refined pigment technology, DURATINT™ ensures uniform colour distribution, superior opacity, and reliable performance, delivering a smooth and professional decorative finish.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: The technical data sheet MUST be read before commencing the project, as well as prior to application and mixing processes. Check colour and gloss level before application. If using more than one tint pack, please box the tint packs together to ensure colour consistency. The applicator/customer is responsible for applying the correct colour. Stir/shake well before use to ensure the colour is uniform and pourable.

For each 20kg bag of DuraBase™ Resurfacing Compound, add one full bottle of DuraTint™ directly into the liquid DuraPolymer™ clean water mixture and mix thoroughly to ensure full colour dispersion. Rinse the tint container and return the remainder to the bucket to ensure all colour is utilised and colour consistency is maintained. Ensure the tint is fully dispersed in the liquid before adding the compound. While mechanically mixing continuously at low speed using a mortar stirrer mixer, slowly add the 20 kg bag of DuraBase™ Resurfacing Compound and mix thoroughly until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved.
