Premium Epoxy EP100™ is a 100% solid, self-levelling, solvent-free, two-pack epoxy, specifically formulated to enhance the lustre of the Metallic Colour Pigments™. Metallic Colour Pigments™ are particles coated with various distinct pigments to create pearlescent and iridescent effects that mimic the natural look of stone formations. The combination of these two unique pigments are designed to give the coating a high gloss shine that creates an eye-catching effect. We recommend a finish with Urethanes for maximum performance.
Directions For Use: Refer to the technical data sheet. In general, the surface being treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance and other contaminants, and any moisture. Mix Premium Epoxy EP100™ (2 Parts A) with Premium Epoxy EP100™ Hardener (1 Part B). Use a mechanical mixer to ensure thorough mixing. The mix ratio is 2:1 by volume.
Application: Lint-free Epoxy Roller, Brush, or Squeegee.
Dry Times: Touch Dry: 8 – 14 hours, Hard Dry/Light Foot Traffic: 16 – 24 hours, Full Cure: 7 days. All drying times depend on the film thickness, ventilation, temperature, humidity, and application methods. One metallic epoxy main coat only to apply. The recommended application rate of Premium Epoxy EP100™ is a minimum of 1L per 1.0 – 1.25m2
Coverage: 1 – 1.25m2/L depending on the porosity of the substrate and application methods.
Clean Up: Clean all equipment with Solvent SLP100™. Refer to the technical data sheet for detailed information.
