Polyurea PU100™ - 8L Kit | Durable Concrete Coatings®

Description

Polyurea PU100™ has high performing capabilities and can be used as a base coat or as a binder for non-skid surfaces in residential, commercial and industrial environments. This is an outstanding product that is 98% solid, aliphatic non-yellow, flexible, two-pack coating system with crack bridging abilities. Polyurea PU100™ is used as a one-day base coat system for driveways, protective floor coating, and decorative finishes for flake floor projects.

Direction For Use: Refer to product data sheet. In general, surface to be treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance and other contaminants, and any moisture. Mix Polyurea PU100™ (1 Parts A) with Polyurea PU100™ Hardener (1 Part B). Use a mechanical mixer to ensure thorough mixing. The mix ratio is 1:1 by volume.

Application: Lint free Epoxy Roller or Brush.

Coverage: 5 – 10m²/L depending on porosity of substrate and application methods.

Dry Times: Touch dry: 2 – 6 hours, Recoat window: 6 – 16 hours, Hard Dry/Light Foot Traffic: 4 – 12 hours, Full cure: 48 hours. All drying times depend on temperatures, humidity and application methods. One coat only recommended, unless substrate is extremely porous or solvent is used for dilution.

Clean Up: Clean all equipment with Solvent SLP100™. Refer to the technical data sheet for detail information.
