Description

Polyaspartic PS60® is a 62% solid, aliphatic non-yellowing, heavy-duty, two-pack polyaspartic coating system. Polyaspartic PS60® can be used as a topcoat, stand-alone coat, or as binder for non-skid surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. It is designed to cure fast to achieve a fast return to service where down time is a critical factor. Polyaspartic PS60® is also used as a one-day system for driveways, protective floor coating, and decorative finishes like flake floor systems as a topcoat. The products unique features and benefits are exceptional UV resistance and high gloss finish, brilliant water & chemical resistance, excellent high durability, excellent abrasion, and impact resistance, joint less, easy and fast to apply, and easy to clean and maintain.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Refer to product data sheet. In general, surface to be treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance and other contaminants, and any moisture. First thoroughly shake the Polyaspartic PS60™ Part A and Part B prior opening. Mix Polyaspartic PS60® (1 Part A) with Polyaspartic PS60® Hardener (1 Part B). The mix ratio is 1:1. Use a mechanical mixer to ensure thorough mixing, mix for 2 minutes on low speed and avoid aeration when mixing the product. Use a lint free epoxy roller to apply the product.

Dry Times: Pot Life: 40 – 90 minutes, Touch Dry: 2-6 hours, Re-Coat Time: 4-16 hours, Light Foot Traffic: 6-12 hours, Vehicular Traffic: 24-26 hours, Chemicals: 48 hours.

The pot life and all drying times generally depend on air circulation, temperature, humidity, film thickness, and application methods. Two coats as minimum recommended at 8-10m²/L each coat.

COVERAGE: 8-10m²/L per coat, depending on porosity of substrate, film thickness and application methods.
