Epoxy EP200® 20L Kit

Description

Epoxy EP200® 20L Kit is a high-performance product made up of a 100% solid, solvent-free, heavy-duty, two-pack epoxy resin matrix. Formulated to contain the latest technology, and provide you with a quality stand-alone coat and binder for non-skid surfaces. With a higher chemical resistance epoxy resin, is self-levelling, has strong cross-linking abilities, and has a high gloss finish. Specifically designed for commercial and industrial environments, however useful in residential.

Directions For Use: Refer to the technical data sheet. In general, the surface being treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance and other contaminants, and any moisture. Mix Epoxy EP200® (3 Parts A) with Epoxy EP200® Hardener (1 Part B). Use a mechanical mixer to ensure thorough mixing. The mix ratio is 3:1 by volume.

Application: Lint-free Epoxy Roller, Brush, or Squeegee.

Dry Times: Touch Dry: 2 – 4 hours, Re-Coat Time: 4 – 24 hours, Hard Dry/Light Foot Traffic: 12 – 18 hours, Full Cure: 7 days. All drying times depend on film thickness, ventilation, temperature, humidity, and application methods. A minimum of two coats is recommended.

Coverage: 5 – 10m²/L depending on the porosity of the substrate and application methods.

Clean Up: Clean all equipment with Solvent SLP100™. Refer to the technical data sheet for detailed information.
