Epoxy Crack Repair Paste EP100™ – Fast is a 100% solid, solvent free, non-shrink, heavy duty two pack epoxy resin matrix of superior quality which is specifically formulated and intended to fill in cracks, holes, and form coving in residential, commercial, industrial environments. Available as a fast and standard cure. The exceptional resistance to a wide variety of chemical environments, where a lasting solution to floor maintenance problems is required. The product has a high corrosion resistance, excellent adhesion, extreme high durability, solvent free, joint less, easy & fast to apply, and it is easy to clean and maintain.
Direction for use: Refer to the technical data sheet. In general, surface to be treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance and other contaminants, and any moisture. Mix Epoxy Crack Repair Paste EP100™ Fast (1 Parts A) with Epoxy Crack Repair Paste™ Hardener (1 Part B). Use a mechanical mixer to ensure thorough mixing. The mix ratio is 1:1 by volume.
Application: Trowel, Patcher scraper, or Coving trowel.
Coverage: Various, depending on size of cracks, holes, dimensions of coving, and application methods.
Dry Times: Pot Life: 5 – 10 minutes, Hard Dry: 10 – 30 minutes, Full cure: 3 days. All drying times depend on temperatures, humidity and application methods.
Clean Up: Clean all equipment with Solvent SLP100™. Refer to the technical data sheet for detail information.
