Description

Concrete Sealer AC30™ – Tinted is a high-grade, durable clear solvent based acrylic concrete sealer for protection against weather, traffic, oil and dirt. Concrete Sealer AC30™ is recommended as a finishing coat to all new concrete surfaces such as stencil, exposed aggregate, stamped or coloured concrete. This general-purpose sealer has been designed to provide a durable, non-yellowing, protective coat with excellent resistance to most contaminants, preventing staining and dirt infiltration. This unique product is UV stable and available in clear and colour.

Direction For Use: In general, the surface to be treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance, dust, and other contaminants. Concrete Sealer AC30™ is ready to use and should be applied when the surface is completely dry. Stir thoroughly to ensure thorough mixing.

Application: Lint free Epoxy Roller or Brush.

Coverage: 6 – 10m2/L depending on porosity of substrate, film thickness and application

Dry Times: Touch dry: 40 – 60 minutes, Recoat window: 4 – 6 hours, Hard Dry/Light Foot Traffic: 12 – 24 hours, Full cure: 7 days. All drying times depend on temperatures, humidity and application methods. Two coats as minimum recommended.

Clean Up: Clean all equipment with Solvent SLP100™. Refer to the technical data sheet for detail information.
