Description

Water-Based Epoxy WEP50 HB® is a high-build, two-pack epoxy resin matrix specifically formulated as a stand-alone coat or base for flake floor systems. Water Based Epoxy WEP50 HB® is designed with excellent adhesion and outstanding durability. This product can be applied in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Directions For Use: Refer to the technical data sheet. In general, the surface being treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance and other contaminants, and any moisture. Mix Water-Based Epoxy WEP50 HB® (3 Parts A) with Water-Based Epoxy WEP50 HB® Hardener (1 Part B). Use a mechanical mixer to ensure thorough mixing. The mix ratio is 3:1 by volume.

Application: Lint-free Epoxy Roller or Brush.

Coverage: 6 – 12m2/L, depending on the porosity of the substrate and application methods.

Dry Times: Touch Dry: 2 – 4 Hours, Re-Coat Time: 4 – 24 Hours, Hard Dry/Light Foot Traffic: 12 – 24 hours, Full Cure: 7 days. All drying times depend on film thickness, ventilation, temperature, humidity, and application methods. A minimum of two coats is recommended.

Clean Up: Clean all equipment with Water. Refer to the technical data sheet for detailed information.
