Polyaspartic PS90™ 4L Line Marking has versatile qualities which allows it to be used as a top coat, stand-alone and as a binder for non-skid surfaces. Polyaspartic PS90® Line Marking is a 90% solid, aliphatic non-yellowing, heavy duty, two-pack system and is useful for residential, commercial and industrial environments. Designed with fast-curing agents, this product enables a quick return to service, making it ideal for applications where downtime is a critical factor. It can be used as a one-day line marking system for driveways, protective flooring, and over existing epoxy flooring. The products unique features and benefits are exceptional UV resistance and high gloss finish, brilliant water & chemical resistance, excellent high durability, excellent abrasion and impact resistance, jointless, easy and fast to apply, and easy to clean and maintain.
Direction For Use: The technical data sheet MUST be read before commencing the project, as well as prior to application and mixing processes. In general, surface to be treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance and other contaminants, and any moisture. If pre-tinted, first thoroughly stir the Polyaspartic Base Part A to redistribute the pigment. Mix Polyaspartic PS90® (3 Part A) with Polyaspartic PS90® Hardener (1 Part B). Use a mechanical mixer to ensure thorough mixing. The mix ratio is 3:1. Use a lint free epoxy roller to apply the product. Dry Times; Pot Life: 8-20 minutes, Touch Dry: 40-60 minutes, Re-Coat Time: 40-60 minutes, Foot Traffic: 4-6 hours, Vehicular Traffic: 8-12 hours, Chemicals: 48 hours. All drying times depend on film thickness, ventilation, temperature, humidity, and application methods.
Application: Lint free Epoxy Roller or Brush.
Coverage: 5 – 8m2/L per coat, depending on porosity of substrate and application methods. Two coats as minimum recommended.
Dry Times: Touch Dry: 40 – 60 minutes, Recoat window: 40 – 60 minutes, Foot Traffic 4 – 6 hours, Vehicular Traffic 8 – 12 hours, Chemicals 48 hours at 25°C. All drying times depend on temperatures, humidity and application methods.
Clean Up: Clean all equipment with Solvent SLP100™. Refer to the technical data sheet for detail information.
