Urethane 2Pack®

20L Gloss Tinted has extremely tough but flexible and hard-wearing qualities with a high-quality polyurethane. Its aliphatic, non-yellowing, two-pack and high-solid features are designed to withstand weather and chemicals and still maintain gloss retention. This product’s versatility allows you to apply it in a wide range of environments where low maintenance is required, particularly for a protective coating in high-traffic areas.

Direction For Use: Refer to the technical data sheet. In general, the surface being treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance and other contaminants, and any moisture. Mix Urethane 2Pack® (3 Parts A) with Urethane 2Pack® Hardener (1 Part B). Use a mechanical mixer to ensure thorough mixing. The mix ratio is 3:1 by volume.

Application: Lint-free Epoxy Roller, Brush.

Coverage: 6 – 12m²/L depending on application methods and the porosity of the substrate.

Dry Times: Touch Dry: 1 – 4 hours, Re-Coat Time: 4 – 24 hours, Hard Dry/Light Foot Traffic: 24 hours, Full Cure: 7 days. All drying times depend on film thickness, ventilation, temperature, humidity, and application methods. A minimum of two coats is recommended.

Clean Up: Clean all equipment with Solvent SLP100™. Refer to the technical data sheet for detailed information.
