Texture Coat AC90™ is an Australian Certified Anti-Slip Coating which provides a protective, decorative finish on interior or exterior concrete, wood, aluminium, or steel surfaces. This durable anti-slip coating is engineered for excellent adhesion, UV stable, weather & mildew resistant for domestic and light commercial areas to prevent slip accidents. Texture Coat AC90™ unique formula provides excellent coverage over coated or new surfaces. This product is odourless and is easy to apply, clean, and maintain.
Direction For Use: In general, the surface to be treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance, dust, and other contaminants. Texture Coat AC90™ is ready to use and should be applied when the surface is completely dry. Stir thoroughly to ensure thorough mixing.
Application: Lint free Epoxy Roller or Brush.
Coverage: 6m²/L depending on porosity of substrate, film thickness and application methods.
Dry Times: Touch dry: 2 – 4 hours, Recoat window: 4 – 24 hours, Full cure: 7 days. All drying times depend on temperatures, humidity and application methods. Two coats as minimum recommended.
Clean Up: Clean all equipment with water. Refer to the technical data sheet for detailed information.
