By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, you are at least 18 years old and that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions of Trade.

When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. As soon as practicable we will confirm your order and payment in writing.

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are accurate on our website, errors (including processing errors, system errors or glitches) may occur. If we discover an error in the price, available quantities or payment of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and a full or partial refund if required. We do reserve the right to reject your order if required.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery times are between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding national and state dependant holidays. We will ship to the address listed at the time of your purchase, so it is important to ensure your delivery address is correct before completing payment. 

To ensure the security of transactions and prevent fraudulent activity, we kindly ask customers placing orders exceeding $200 to provide a copy of both the front and back of their driver’s license. Rest assured, your private information will be handled securely and solely used for verification purposes. Upon placing your order, our team will promptly reach out to request this documentation. Your cooperation in maintaining a secure environment for all transactions is greatly appreciated. Once we receive the necessary information, your order will be dispatched. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter.

Due to worldwide supply shortages of packaging materials, please note that the colour, shape, and size of our displayed packaging may vary from time to time. DCC reserves the right to supply the same product in alternative packaging without prior notice.

Please be aware that your choice of freight carrier may be subject to change due to full bookings, delays in pickups, staff and vehicle shortages. DCC reserves the right to alter the carrier without prior notice in order to expedite the dispatch of your order.

Please note we can only deliver to a physical address. Examples of addresses we cannot deliver to include, but not limited to, are PO Boxes and Locked Bags. If you are in an apartment type residency please ensure you provide the floor level of your delivery address, if it is not at ground level.

We do not accept COD, all payments must be made before shipping.

“Free Delivery” means the price shown is for local pickups available from our Brisbane and Melbourne premises.

Shipping charges are based on the item(s) size, weight and delivery postcode. If you are placing an order for multiple products you are welcome to contact us prior to placing the order as we may be able to offer a better shipping rate on bulk items.

We do ship Australia wide and also export. For export/overseas shipping please contact the Brisbane office directly via email on sales@durableconcretecoatings.com.au

Local pickups are available from our Brisbane and Melbourne premises.

Shipping of the item(s) will be with one of our nominated national couriers which we choose and is available at that time. To avoid any delays and a possible re-delivery fee, we will automatically request that the courier leave the parcel behind at your front door or premise if you aren’t home. With your order you give full consent and authority to leave the order/goods at the door at your shipping address without obtaining a signature and you agree that the parcel/order is deemed received when left at your premises.

Following shipment, we will update your order with a tracking number so you can trace your order online. This may not be available with all courier services.

We have no control over the delivery of your order once the couriers have collected the parcel. We rely on our couriers estimated delivery times and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. Delays in delivery may be due to, but limited to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, limited access to delivery areas, technical and website related glitches, transport and/or logistical issues, traffic delays or break downs.

Please note we cannot refund the shipping charge where your item is delayed in the freight system and does not arrive by your required date. Durable Concrete Coatings Pty Ltd and contractors associated with the delivery will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of delivery being late, missing products and/or damaged deliveries. You agree to release Durable Concrete Coatings® Pty Ltd from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, cost and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of authority to leave/ delivery being late/ missing products and/or damaged deliveries.

Returns Policy

Please ensure you choose items carefully as we have a non-return policy. 

Select prudently as refunds are not provided where you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Subject to the provisions of the Trade Practices Act, the Company’s liability in relation to defective product shall be limited to replacement of the product or the supply of equivalent product, proving the product to be defective. Durable Concrete Coatings® Pty Ltd terms and conditions apply.

The customer must inspect the Goods on delivery and must within five (5) days of delivery notify Durable Concrete Coatings® in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. The customer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification the customer must allow the Durable Concrete Coatings to inspect the Goods.

In case we agree on a return, it has to be confirmed in writing by Durable Concrete Coatings® Pty Ltd prior to returning. We will not accept the return of any item which has been opened, used or has been damaged. All returns must be in ‘as new’ condition. Durable Concrete Coatings Pty Ltd terms and conditions apply.

Should you have a defective product that we request be returned to our warehouse, we will cover the cost of shipping. We do not cover shipping charges on general returns. For all returns please contact us before returning the product for instructions. 

Where there is damage to packaging i.e. dented tins, dirt or markings on the containers, labels or packaging, we will not process any refund. Ensure all items are packed well before returning to our warehouse to avoid any damage. We do not accept responsibility for damage in transit on goods returned to our warehouse.

As we have no control over storage or handling of our products once they have left our warehouse, we are unable to accept any returns on products after seven (7) days of delivery. Special orders, large quantities or tinted (coloured) products cannot be returned or refunded at all.

Durable Concrete Coatings® may in its absolute discretion accept non-defective Goods for return in which case we will require the customer to pay handling fees of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs and may be subject to the Supplier providing an in-store credit.
